Architectural Overview

Situated on the tranquil banks of Lake Vembanad in Kumarakom, this trophy estate is a masterwork of classical Kerala Thachu Shastra (traditional carpentry and architectural science). Meticulously assembled using century-old reclaimed Anjili and teak timbers paired with clay Mangalore tiles, the estate harmonizes ancient Vastu principles with contemporary ultra-luxury amenities.

The Central Nadumuttam & Charupadi

At the core of the residence lies the open-to-sky Nadumuttam courtyard, featuring hand-chiseled laterite stone pillars and a natural sunken rainwater harvesting pond. Sweeping Charupadi (carved wooden built-in bench seating) wraps the shaded perimeter verandas, inviting cool lake breezes into all living quarters.

Waterfront Living & Private Jetty

The western terrace descends to an infinity edge pool and a private deep-water timber jetty capable of mooring private yachts and traditional motorized houseboats.
